    Privacy Policy

    Your privacy matters to us.

    Effective date: September 16, 2026

Beauty Ranch Medical Spa ("we," "us," or "our") operates beautyranchspa.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

    Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, private-client request form, newsletter signup, or book an appointment, we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, the treatments you are interested in, and your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and the service providers listed below may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and general location, using cookies and similar technologies.

Chat. If you use the chat window on our site, the conversation and the contact details you enter are collected and stored by our chat provider, Podium, on our behalf.

    How we use information

We use this information to respond to your inquiries, schedule and manage appointments, send newsletters and promotions you have opted into, measure the performance of our advertising, keep the site secure, and comply with law.

    Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with the following categories of service providers who process it on our behalf:

    • Advertising and analytics: Google (Google Ads conversion measurement). This loads only if you accept cookies in our consent banner.
    • Website chat: Podium, which operates the chat window and stores chat conversations and contact details.
    • Appointment scheduling and patient records: PatientNow, which operates our online booking.
    • Email marketing: Mailchimp.
    • Website accessibility: UserWay, which provides the accessibility menu.
    • Website hosting and infrastructure providers.

Under California law, sharing information with an advertising service for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered "sharing." You can prevent this by declining cookies in our consent banner or by using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer at any time.

    Cookies and your choices

When you first visit, a consent banner lets you accept or decline advertising cookies. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function are always on. You can change your choice using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer, and you can also block cookies in your browser settings.

Do Not Track. Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because there is no common standard for them. Our consent banner is the way to control tracking on this site.

    Text messages

If you provide your phone number and check the box agreeing to receive text messages, we may text you about your appointments, inquiries, and offers. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

    Medical information

Information you share with our clinical team as a patient is protected under California's Confidentiality of Medical Information Act and our patient privacy practices, which are provided to you in the office. This website policy covers website activity only.

    Your California privacy rights

California residents may request to know what personal information we have collected about them, request deletion of that information, request correction, and opt out of any sharing for advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify your identity before responding.

    Opting out of marketing emails

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us directly to be removed.

    Children

This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. Treatments for clients under 18 require a parent or guardian.

    Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

    Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
