Spa Policies at Beauty Ranch Medical Spa

Cancellation

At Beauty Ranch we are eager to meet your scheduling needs. In doing so, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. All appointments require a credit card authorization upon booking. All services re-scheduled or cancelled on the same day of the appointment or missed without notice will be charged a minimum of $50 up to the cost of the service. Frequent cancellations may result in a loss of booking privileges. Thank you for your understanding and consideration regarding this matter.

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out any necessary forms. Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to and late appointments may not be honored. Treatments that begin late will still finish at the appointed time, so other guests are not inconvenienced.

In the event that one of our medical treatments exceeds their scheduled time, please be patient and know that you will also receive the same exceptional service and personal attention.

Consultation Fee

There is a $50 consultation fee for our medical services. If the treatment is done the same day, the consultation fee will be credited towards the cost of the treatment.

Special Considerations

Please alert us if you have a medical condition or are presently under a physician's care. Conditions such as pregnancy/breastfeeding, cancers, high blood pressure and heart ailments are of special interest to our providers. We will customize our services to fit your needs whenever possible.

Refund Policy

Nurse Jamie products are the best and we think you'll enjoy them just as much as we do. If you are unhappy with a product, please return the unused item with proof of purchase within 30 days and we will gladly exchange the item for store credit only. Beauty Ranch Gift Cards, Services, Series/Package purchases, and prescription products are not refundable and non-transferrable.

Client Satisfaction

We wouldn't be the trendsetters that we are if we weren't constantly expanding our services. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a customer, but Beauty Ranch does reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

Consent to Treat

I mutually agree, along with Beauty Ranch, to maintain each other's privacy, and each party agrees not to make any disparaging statement, either orally, in writing, including electronic communication, whether by email, text, use of Yelp, LinkedIn, etc., about the other party's business, products, or services, including any of its employees, or owners. If for any reason you are less than satisfied with your treatment, please contact us first because we would love the opportunity to turn your experience around.
